Our Wonderful Parents aims to foster positive parent-preschool partnership, by recognising parents who actively collaborate with their child's educators and preschools as valued partners in children's holistic development.

Positive parent-preschool partnership supports children, parents and educators through consistent home-school approaches, shared insights and stronger collaboration.

Trust, respect, empathy and altruism were selected from Singapore Kindness Movement's range of values because they are relevant to fostering positive parent-preschool partnership.

Educators and preschools can submit a simple online form with examples of concrete actions, with the parent's consent to share personal details and stories.

All nominated parents who meet the eligibility criteria will receive a token of recognition through the nominating preschool. Inspiring stories may be selected for profiling.

Nominations will be open from 27 February to 5 June 2026. Closing date may be subject to changes.

Parents are encouraged to engage their child's educator and preschool for contextualised advice and support. Additional resources are available on ECDA's Beanstalk website.
